According to Dr. Jim Rigg, the superintendent of schools for the archdiocese of Cincinnati, the principal of Middletown Fenwick High School, Mike Miller, has been cleared of allegations of being intoxicated and making comments of a sexual nature to female students during the school’s prom on May 11 in West Chester.  During the investigation it was determined that some questionable comments were made and the archdiocese has taken action accordingly, but these comments do not rise to the level of requiring formal employment action, according to Rigg.  Archdiocesan spokesman Dan Andriacco advised these actions taken are strictly confidential since they concern a personnel matter.
